All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of original ship date.

Note: Returns must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags attached. Returns will be processed within 5 business days after receipt. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, it can take an additional 3 business days for the credit to post to your account.
Warranty:
All of our watches carry a 2 year warranty against defect, and unforeseen failures. We are also extending this to our batteries. If a battery dies inside 2 years of purchase send your watch in for a free battery replacement.

Note: Warranty is limited to manufacture defect of workmanship, and failure of the movement. We hope that you love your new watch enough to wear everyday but please understand wear and tear on the leather and clasp systems is an unavoidable circumstance.
Shipping:
Tarmac ships watches worldwide Monday through Friday. Orders submitted before 1:00pm PST are processed same day. Orders submitted on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal U.S Holidays, will begin processing on the following business day.
